'I have been living with secondary breast cancer for over 10 years now. At the moment I am on weekly chemotherapy and suffer with lots of side effects.

I had always been interested in trying reflexology, having had acupuncture in the past, and came across Jo.I have been seeing her on a regular basis now for around 6 months for reflexology and acupuncture.

The sessions have helped me immensely. I always feel very relaxed during and after. The reflexology and acupuncture have helped with various side effects and made me more able to manage things between sessions.Jo always tailors things to how I’m feeling on the day, for example to re energise me or help me get a better nights sleep, to help with anxiety and various pains and has also helped with my lymphodema.I always leave with a greater sense of well-being and would recommend Jo to anyone.'

I started seeing Jo for Reflexology and acupuncture before my 3rd round of IVF. Jo was really knowledgeable and helpful, not only in her clinical treatments, but also in additional things I could do to increase my chances along side the IVF treatment in the lead up to it. Suggesting what foods to eat and avoid, what supplements to take etc. I always left her treatment room feeling so much lighter… I floating out. I also slept really well the night after having reflexology and acupuncture. Jo is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable.
Unfortunately the 3rd round of IVF didn’t work for me. Before starting my 4th (frozen) round of IVF I started seeing Jo again twice a week. I felt positive and happy and Jo totally encouraged and boasted that with her acupuncture and reflexology. I got a positive test result in December and am almost now at the 20 weeks mark. I can’t recommend Jo highly enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable at what she does but also just a genuinely lovely person. Thank you for being on this journey with me Jo. I' have been having weekly acupuncture with Jo to support me through the weekly chemotherapy that I’m currently undergoing. 

We discuss each week what symptoms I’ve been dealing with, and she adjusts the treatment accordingly. So far she has helped to ease stomach issues, stop neuropathy in its tracks, boost my mood and spirit, calmed my overthinking mind, helped with lymphatic drainage and improved my sleep patterns. I leave the session feeling nurtured and relaxed, and the next day my symptoms have noticeably improved which gives me a good couple of days before my next chemotherapy appointment. 

Alongside that Jo provides a safe space, she’s been a listening ear and also offered advice and support- reminding me of why stagnation in the body isn’t good- encouraging me to do gentle movement and eat and drink well, whilst reminding me to conserve energy when I can and make sure I’m resting. 

I know that without the support from Jo I would be much more depleted by now, having undergone chemotherapy in the past without this level of support, I know how run down you can become. Jo has helped keep my head above water, and I know that I’ll finish treatment in a stronger place than last time, and with more knowledge of what my body needs. Jo is a wonderful lady who makes such a difference to people with her treatments, I hope she knows just how much her clients appreciate her.'

'I couldn’t recommend Jo enough.

After spending 18 months struggling to conceive and going through every gruelling and intrusive test possible through my doctors, I was at rock bottom after being told it was looking like possible secondary infertility. 

An advert came up for Jo on social media and how she specialised in fertility and woman’s health. From a simple Facebook enquiry came the best few months to follow. Our initial phone call was the most uplifting and informative conversation I’d had about my body in years. I could tell just over the phone that Jo had a passion for her work and she immediately put me at ease and assured me that my body wasn’t failing me and there was something to work on. By the end of the call, I felt like I’d been chatting to someone I’d known for years.

My sessions with Jo were incredibly relaxing, she lets you chat away or lay quietly there’s no right or wrong way to undergo your treatment and there is zero judgement when you there. 

In the space of a few months I had gone from almost giving up on becoming pregnant and really resenting my body, to falling pregnant with two beautiful babies. 

Jo supported me throughout my pregnancy and I saw her with a multitude of pregnancy related issues from migraines to hip pain and in the weeks before labour, Jo worked with me to prepare me for what was to come.

I honestly, cannot put into words how grateful I am that I stumbled upon Jo’s advert on social media and so thankful that I plucked up the courage to send that initial message. That message was the start of something that would completely change my life. I owe two beautiful little tinkers to Jo.'

I have Dysorgasmia, Suspected endometriosis,  Adenomyosis and lots of small fibroids.

I used to be in agony in my pelvis and bowl for 3 weeks every four weeks of my life for 10yrs i felt doomed.

I would vomit regularly (especially after orgasm) also i could only make plans for about 8 days a month when i felt well, this affected my mental and physical health. I also gained weight through being depressed.

The doctors could not help me. The only advice they gave was to get pregnant or give me hormonal pills which made the pain a lot worse.

My symptoms started about a year after having a coil fitted. 

The doctors disagreed the coil caused this. I believed it was as I was in agony till it was taken out. Jo confirmed it could have been inserted too high and this is how the Dysorgasmia started.

Our journey to conceive our second baby was a challenging one. Following surgery and radiotherapy for spinal cancer, I was told by medical professionals that I would not be able to have any more children.

We eventually resigned ourselves to that fact that we would only have one child, even though I yearned for a sibling for her.

Then in 2021, my husband and I went through a pretty traumatic Miscarriage. This left me both physically and mentally scarred, afraid to try again. This is when I first spoke to Jo about the services she provided. From the start Jo provided the support and the holistic treatment I needed to heal my body and mind to prepare to conceive again.

Her treatments prepared me physically in a way I could never have done alone.

Her advice and treatment helped me to prep my body for the journey I was about to embark upon, this was invaluable, and I have no doubt it was instrumental in the conception of our second child in December 2021.

Throughout the pregnancy Jo provided treatment to help with any ailments I was suffering and allowed things to move smoothly throughout each trimester.

Fast forward to August 2022 and the arrival of our beautiful daughter! I could not be more grateful to Jo for her help in making our family complete.'

I was at an all time low with trying to conceive when a friend  told me about Jo and her services.
